There was another user that wanted to utilize thw same armour, (can't remember the size) only advice is that you need to look at what is the titans features and apply that well. Otherwise it just looks like ironman
P.s he wanted to use for tau I think.

Very rough idea, the big change would be mounting a head in the chest, and chopping off arms at the elbows.

Blimey KK, I thought youd done it already!
But y'know, I'm looking at it and thinking... giant stormcast mech. It just needs a regular sized stormcast about it somewhere. Like... here.

I would chop just the tip of the head, and all the sides of the head that's in the way. That way you have enough solid plastic to model onto, flatten it out and get it boxy, so you have ample area to work on for mounts, try run the same "bracing" that's on the shoulderpads accross, inorder to kinda hide the cavity where the head is now. Need to get the idea that where you propose the head to be more where it is.

One nice thing is it's hollow so lil Iron Man can ride inside.
So removing the head is easy.
The new head would be mounted in the chest, ala the old chaos warriors or Orks.
Something like these knight conversions
I remember Mega Bloks has some toys that came in knight helmets about the size of a titan head, but I can't seem to find them now, anyone remember those?

Could take a cue from this old thing and move a bit away from the actual face sort of head.
Might be able to find a nice truck or something that fits into it, like the style some of the knight conversions had when they used the sentinel as a head. Actually I suppose if it was like a dump truck or something the tray could also be used as part of the carapace to house the missiles too.

My concern would be lack of detail, making big things look like small things that are big is quite a task.

The New Miss Macross!

It looks like a Mantic Squat/Forefather toy or ram man from He Man. I actually like the movie hulkbuster design but this one, even converted, would look too toyish IMO. There are some excellent hulkbuster statues/models but theyre ridiculously expense.
