While super heavy walkers (which the Lord of Skulls is) and super heavy tanks count as remaining stationary when shooting even if they had moved in the Movement phase, I didn't see anything to get around the having to fire Snap Shots after Ramming an enemy vehicle. Does the count as remaining stationary let the Lord of Skulls flambé passengers if it can Thunderblitz their transport to death first? That would help offset its crazy high points cost.

Being stationary does not have any effect on being required to Snap shot for another reason.

Fragile is correct: if you thunderblitz a non-vehicle unit you fire normally(as thatv"tank" is not restricted to snapshots.
But if you thunderblitz a vehicle vehicle you do snapshot.

This is because thunderblitz lets you tankshock or ram. Tankshocking allows shots based on movement(no mention of forced snapshots). Ramming forces snapshots.

This is my Rulebook. There are many Like it, but this one is mine. Without me, my rulebook is useless. Without my rulebook, I am useless.
Stop looking for buzz words and start reading the whole sentences.

So a Baneblade or Stormlord could only fire Snap Shots after Thunderblitzing another vehicle too? That sucks!

I don't know, if it counts as being stationary for purposes of firing, seems like that would negate the fact that it moved to the ramming Thunderblitz. But at least for sure it could smush non-vehicles and then shoot normal.

No, because movement isn't the important bit - you're told you must snapshot. This is unrelated to how far it moves.

I can't see anything in the iBooks version of the rulebook that forces the tank to fire snap shots after ramming. Am I missing something?

Yes.

Spoiler:
Ramming is a rather desperate manoeuvre and the Tank must concentrate on moving at top speed towards one enemy vehicle. This means that it, and any embarked troops, may only shoot Snap Shots in that turn’s Shooting phase, making it a better idea for vehicles that have no armament left, or are Shaken.

/facepalm

Teaches me to skip the first paragraph with the assumption that it's flavour text.

So yes, if the Lord of Skulls uses its Thunderblitz move on a vehicle, it will only snap spot that turn. Seems a bit silly, but them's the rules.
