Erm kinda just looks like a gaunt head and body smashed onto an ork.
The concept is fine but the execution leaves a bit to be desired.
I'd like to see some more integration with the ork with straps and fastenings with maybe some chitin armour and elbow plates.
Perhaps the odd spine/spike as jewellery.
This could go far with a bit more work.

Might I suggest a darkelf cloak the dragonscaleones paint up nicely to make dead nid flesh.
