Well, I want to try out a combined force (warscrolls - SDK):

Bloodsecrator
Khorgorath
10 Blood Warriors
5 Blood Warriors
17 Bloodreavers

Chaos Lord (marked Khorne)
Chaos Sorcerer Lord
5 Skullreapers
5 Marauder Horsemen (marked Khorne)
5 Marauder Horsemen (marked Khorne)
5 Chaos Knights (marked Khorne)

The plan is to let the Sorcerer summon Bloodletters (in line with the theme) and getting the Chaos Lord's command ability (endless legion) through. If so, a large unit of Chaos Knights (marked Khorne) will serve as reinforcement.

Is there a way to reroll a command ability?

Thoughts?

How've you been finding the Khorgorath so far? I've got a couple of them but generally find them a bit pants and instead prefer a 2nd secrator and more fodder.

True. It dies too easily. It's just a point filler here.

Do you have any alternatives?
I've posted a similar army in the last week for use in a tournament in which I've got a unit of Wrathmongers, they're quite tasty for both boosting other units and are excellent at taking out enemy heroes.

The Khorgorath is 124 pts. I could replace it by another 5 Blood Warriors. I use it to charge forward straight into the enemy lines.

It does the job of getting in the opponents face fairly quickly and detracting away from the masses so I can see that.

Indeed, without battle shock tests, the opponent has to deal with it.
