For standard 30k, all I can say is 1) build and play what you like the look/fluff of (which this is pretty close to, in my eyes; personally I would try and fit in more assault marines), and 2) as a 1700 point list, it's a decent model count, however I would plan ahead to 2500 or so, and I'd drop pride of the legion in favor of something more versatile.

Pride of the legion is for fluff reasons, I'm trying to play a strike force nod veterans deployed on Istvaan.

What should I add for 2000? I was thinking of Corax, or a Sicaran. Maybe Dark Furyies too.
