Hello all. Wanted to know what kind of brushes you guys use. I've tossed out mine because they were all damaged (it's been years since I got back into this hobby)

I use so many different types, but really like these;

Grab a set from that link, they're dirt cheap at the moment

I use Winston Newton Series 7 (recently got a set off Amazon for cheap as well), Broken Toad (awesome value, I think I bought a set of 4 for $30),and Raphael Brushes (once these are ready to be thrown out I wont order these anymore, they have new people producing them and they are no where near as good)

Honestly, I just use cheap (but decent) ones from craft stores for the most part. Pack of 4 or 5 for a few quid, lasts me a good 3-4 months of solid use, and if I do mess one up, it's not the end of the world.

I own WN Series 7 and Raphael 8404s. What I USE are the Raphs. They have a bigger reservoir than the WNs, and that appeals to me. I have never noticed any real world difference in use between the two (but I'm sure Fanboyz will tell you there is), I simply prefer the larger reservoir, and not needing to reload as often. Price is comparable between the two.
