Is there any specific enmity between the ad. mech and Purturabo, and by extension the rest of the Iron Warriors? I want to say i read that somewhere, but I could just as easily made that up. It may have had something to do with his connection to technology and how many dark mechanicus followed him into heresy. Has anyone else read something like this?

Other than being a Heretic Primarch, I think there wasn't a specific reason. Any affiliation he has with the Dark Mechanicum could end up in a very physical dispute though.
Any of the Imperial Fists and their subchapters probably have more of a beef with Iron Warriors than Admech.

Peturabo did destroy a Forgeworld sometime after the Horus Heresy using Nurglite sorcery but I'm not sure if that led to a lasting resentment (anymore than the Adeptus Mechanicus usually has).

The vast majority of the AdMech in M41 would have little idea who Perturabo is. It's not like the names of the Daemon Primarchs are common knowledge.

In the fluff of twenty years ago I would have agreed with you. Everything Chaos was secret squirrelled from the human masses. Today? It seems like every tom dick and harry knows all the details of Chaos and the who's and wheres.
For the OP, in general I would suggest no more enmity than any other law abiding imperial citizen has for traitors and heretics?
