I'm thinking of running this formation with two level 2's and two level 1's, how do people use this formation well? And do you just go with them in their pants or do you give them bikes or jump packs or something? I use ultramarine tactics

Tiggy and 2 ML2 Libbies on bikes in generally what I see. Add them to a small or deathstar and you got a decent start.

I've seen people use it with Wolfstars, Centstars, Draigostars, or even used to perform dark acts (Summoning contingent).

That awkward moment where Imperium makes the best summoning army. Both Libby Conclave and the IG Wyrdvanes roll 2+ to pass. ZzzzZzzZ. So silly. So funny

I had some success with the Tigirius lead conclave supporting a Skyhammer formation in tournament. The conclave come in with a 5 men sternguard squad in droppod and moved into devastator squads coming in the same turn. It is brutal but if you failed to cripple the backbone of your enemy in the alpha strike, You likely gonna be tabled. So it is a won by 11-1 or lost by 1-11 thing. Never got a close win or loss.

I also sometimes played this conclave in "not so competitive" game where I tried to put them with Assault Terminators, use all those 2+/3++ as meatshield of the conclave, while conclave protect the Terminators with psychic powers.

A centurion star is 4-6 Grav Cents, with a conclave and a tank, usually Draigo or smashfether. Grey Knights are common because Draigo comes baseline with gate of infinity, which allows them to escape combats.

And Dreadknights in the heavy support slot are also a nice perk of GK allies...

Centstars, as mentioned above, can run 3-4 Cents. Anything over 4 cents in a single unit is typically overkill. You generally don't want to splitfire one of the cents with the omniscope.

From what I see you shoot all 3 or 4 cents into the same target, and use the omniscope splitfire to shoot Draigo's or anyone's bolt weapon. That way you get all the grav on a Wraithknight or the like and charge another target with all the force weapons from the IC's.

There isn't much in the game that survives 20 Grav shots (TL from Prescience and reroll wounds from the amps). Adding another 10 won't necessarily do much. Splitfiring 5 grav shots is kinda just hoping you get double 6's for the most part to double immobilize something. I'd rather just charge the secondary target and cast Hammerhand for a feth ton of S7 or better melee attacks.
