Hello dakka dakka, i am going in a tournament, that alloweds only one cad and with my Eldars.
I am struggling to finish my list. I still have 62p.
What do you suggest?????

Only thing out of place for me is the D-cannon battery. Everything else is super mobile and fast, and it's sitting there all by itself. Maybe a unit of dire avengers to hold to backfield while your army moves forwards? I just think that's out of place. Everyone is going to groan with then see all those jetbikes across the table, just prepare yourself. Looks fun, but kinda boring to play and play against to be honest.

Its a tournament you have to go full strength or not at all.
The d canno is for scare tactics and backfield obj.
I cant take a dire avenger as i dont have any other troop slot

I would get the 6 Scatter lasers you are missing, perhaps swap 1 of the big squads to Cannons for blade storm.
Otherwise looks good. The other option is to get another support weapon as that unit gets better with more bodies.

Without really altering the list, I'd look at spending the last 62 points on four options, in no particular order:
-Additional Swooping Hawks. Plus up the unit to 8 strong.
-Additional Warp Spiders. Just a great unit in and of itself.
-Add a Ranger unit. This can be useful if you expect to play against White Scars or armies with Flesh Hounds. Infiltration is set up prior to Scout redeployment and you can deny your opponent good Scout positioning.
-Add another, separate Distortion Cannon. I've found they really do not do much, but many of my opponents are very hesitant getting into its range. Placing two down separately can work for area denial.
