Bossk
Expose
Anti-Pursuit Laser
4-L0M (crew)
Mercenary Copilot
Hound's tooth
Glitterstim
-50 points, but "Expose+Glitterstim+Mercenary Co-pilot" will erase 1 ship from the map? Zuckuss is probably a stretch?
-If I went this route, what would I fly with him?
-Hound's Tooth is the correct option because it technically makes him cost about 9 points cheaper since it is a two-for-one?
-Anti Pursuit Laser is to dissuade the idea of closing in on him?
I could add Talonbabe+glitter+expose and then a Binayre Pirate to fly escort for the last 50 points.

That's 52 points and not very good. You're sinking over half of you squad points into a ship that is pretty much a one trick pony and won't last long under any kind of concentrated fire.
Drop the title because it's not really worth it. You can afford to drop APL because you'll probably never use it and you'd be wasting points. I'm not really sold on 4-LOM or Zuckuss because of the negative effects they give your ship. Ion tokens on a big ship aren't any better than on a small ship; sure, they don't do anything the round you get it, but it doesn't go away until you get another one (which could cripple you when you don't want it too).

I was unaware that ion tokens don't go away, thanks for point that out to me. It might be useful with control and it is one point to do it once which can be very useful.
Bossk seems to be better with a Mangler cannon, and would be a lot cheaper.
Bossk+Mangler+4-L0M+Hound's Tooth
Maneuvering fins may be quite useful as well.
How is Hound's Tooth not worth it? It becomes 6 points for a z-95 at 7 PS (9 if I take veteran instincts) that is protected from pain til the late game.

On large ships they don't go away until you get two, at which point the normal ion effects takes place the following round and the tokens are cleared.

It works well on his ship.
Bossk+Mangler+4-L0M+Hound's Tooth
That's a little better, but there are better crew members for Bossk than 4-LOM.

There are better modifications, such as Engine Upgrade. Maneuvering Fins is pretty worthless.

Veteran Instincts (or any other upgrade) does not transfer to the Nashtah Pup. It's not worth it because if your opponent destroys Bossk, they receive all the points that the ship is worth at the end of the game. If the Nashtah Pup is the last ship on the board, you get a modified win with a MOV of 101 to 99. Of course, that probably won't happen because the Nashtah Pup is just a PS7 Z-95 with a sub-par pilot ability.
Also, chances are the Hound's Tooth won't make it to the late game because it's probably going to be a priority target and will melt fast under concentrated fire.

I am not expecting to play competitively in tournaments but Hardcore-Casual instead. Points at game end hasn't come in yet.
Would outlaw tech and Greedo be good? Bossk can freely sit still, take a focus, and then with all of the normal hits he can potentially put out he can force crit cards anyways with the help of the Rodian. Against Tie-Class ships, that can be lethal. Then again, crits are lethal in general for ties it seems.

Okay, that still doesn't change the fact that Bossk probably won't make it until the end of the game, and if he does, the Nashtah Pup isn't going to stand a chance against end-game monsters that have better ships, pilot skill, and abilities.

Greedo isn't going to help against TIE swarms because you're going to have you shields stripped away before you know it when facing a hail of concentrated fire from a bunch of TIE fighters. Against aces that are going to get around you and fire from behind he'll do even worse.
It's also important to remember that you have to land an uncancelled crit with Bossk for his ability to trigger. If you shoot at a TIE fighter, TIE Interceptor, or TIE Advanced you probably aren't going to be doing any damage, especially at range 3.
