Hey everyone here is my iron warriors test model I painted up c+c welcome. (I am going to touch up the eyes once I get a smaller brush, also I know there's mold lines that's why I picked this guy for the test model, and he needs a decal too)

I also have a question about basing. I picked up a bottle of modeling water effects and was wondering if the gw texture paint goes well with water effects or should I use basing sand? Thanks.

Very nice dude. I would recommend painting the remaining trims either gold or brass though. Just to break up the silver.

Yeah. The trims on the chest, legs and feet. Dont get me wrong, yours look great, but a little contrast would make him stand out a lot more.
