I think you'll have a lot of problems against lists like gladius, war convocation, 5 Knights, tau, and blob guard, basically every competitive army in ITC. Your problem is you don't have a lot of synergy in your army and your assassins are a lot of points that won't kill equal to their points. You'd be better off losing the assassins and throwing more space wolves into the mix. You may do ok with the list but you will lose maelstrom just about every time and you'll be lucky to win primary. ITC doesn't favor Knights due to extra points awarded for damage done to them.
