After not playing much in the last 18 months, or much really in 7th, i feel maybe my weapon loadouts in regards to cracking armour may be outdated. I still have a mixed arms approach, geared towards melee late game but i have a few high power weapons that i used to crack tanks/transports on the way in.
Given the rules for Hull Points and Vehicle damage table, is it wiser to have ways to strip vehicles down rather than big shots?

Example (basic) of a typical army i use:
Daemon Prince
Bloodthirster
Chaos Lord/Apostle, with CSMs in Land Raider, with Meltaguns and PF
10 Marines in Rhino with Meltaguns
3 Terminators with Combi-Meltas & CF/PF
Vindicator
Obliterator
Bloodletters
Plaguebearers
Furies/Fleshounds

I know it's probably not the best army but i like a mix, i'm just looking for suggestions to increase reliability in taking down armour?

If FW is an Option. Look at the Sicarian with Lascannon sponsons.

The main gun is a 6 shot autocannon that ignores Jink.

Havocs with Autocannon and Lascannons are amazing too.

Try-Las predators are still good if you don't want to go the forgeworld route. Just bring more than one.

Obliterators have always had a good showing for me in my lists, 3 with MoN on the deepstrike have killed back their points many of times.

Outside of that though it is rough finding strong reliable anti tank. I have never been a fan of predators (not that they suck just looks) so lately I have been looking into maulerfiends. Most of my anti tank comes from daemons and obliterators though.

I would sign this contract but I already ate the potato
