Hi I was wondering with armour penetration on a vehicle of AP 14, and i attacked with multiple termagants with fleshborers S4 would i be able to damage the vehicle, or can only one hit deal damage the vehicle at a time, making it impossible to destroy with my termagants?

You cannot damage it
Str 4 +1d6 armor pen roll = a maximum of 10, no matter how many termagants you attack with.

Each attack is its own attack. The fact that you have multiple of them doesn't do anything.

First: multiple weapons can damage a vehicle at the same time, as all weapons of the same type must fire at the same time.
Second: unless I missed an update to Fleshborer rules, they cannot hurt AV14 at all. IF I recall they are str4, which means you would need to roll a 10 on a D6 to cause a glancing hit.
To clarify, Each weapon (specifically each shot) has it's own individual change to hurt AV, however the strength of the weapon must be sufficient. So each Fleshborer shot can hurt AV 10 on it's roll of '6'.
For example, lets say you shoot 10 Fleshborers at a Dark Eldar Venom. You roll all 'to hits' at the same time, gaining 5 hits, then you roll all 5 hits "to armour pen". Let's say you get luck and roll 6,5,6,3,2. Each 6 causes a glancing hit, because str4 + 6 = 10 (the Venom's AV)
The Venom now has to save each glance, let's say if passes 1 save, but fails another. In takes 1 hull point.
Because you can never roll higher than a 6, the str of the weapon must be able to reach the AV on a roll of 1-6, so you need str8 to glance AV14

In general, nids have a very hard time damaging AV14 at range. You have to get in close with crushing claws or rending claws.
