Yesterday I had this come up twice:

A Blood Angel Dreadnought with a Frag Cannon (template) and a Heavy Flamer (template) shoots at a unit. Are the shots resolved simultaneously or after another, because in the latter case the weapon fired last will probably hit fewer models than if they hit at the same time. This is also relevant for tanks with different weapon ranges, when making the mistake of shooting the weapon with the longer range first instead of vice versa.

For what it's worth we played it after one another, simply because we play it that way with units comprised of different models, too.

Check the Shooting Sequence at the beginning of the Shooting phase rules. You'll see that you resolve a unit's shooting (whether one model or multiple) weapon by weapon - the last step of the sequence is to select another weapon if you have differently named weapons that are yet to fire.
