I'm looking to give my grey knights shields, it won't give them any benefits, but just to give them a unique look
without having to spend a lot of money, what would be the best way to make shields?

thanks for any ideas

Green stuff them? leave them to dry over a curved surface, like the edge of a spray can/cup so they get the right shape. then festoon with GK emblems and bits and rivets
