Saw this as I perusing the internets. Would like to steal this idea for my DKoK commissar. Anyone know what bits the banner is made from? Looks like a bit of everything but I can't tell the pieces. I see a Tyranid shell in there as well.

that looks like a scratch build... the actua banner is made from GS...looks like that and the chains are these small jewellers stuff...you´ll be able to come up with that on your own without too much fuss...
