Here's my 2k list trying to be competitive. Plenty of Anti psyker and high strength attacks. Considering leadership attacking shenanigans between telepathy and dark angel psychic powers. Have some points leftover for weapons and whatnot depending on what you think I could add.

Ravenwing is the best reason to play Dark Angels. And they all have Scout and Teleport Homers! I still think Grey Knights are a better combo with them than Deathwing.

I see you're taking a CAD for the Drop Pods. Why Dark Angels then instead of Blood Angels or other Space Marines?

I would recommend adding Belial instead of the Librarians. That way, you can deep strike without scattering and if you put him in a unit with the GK Libbys, they can precision DS every time they Gate of Infinity (if you get lucky enough to roll GOI). Also, if they get Sanctuary, that gives Belial a 2++, which is always preferred.
Another thing I would recommend is to combat squad the Purifiers in the drop pods, then you can have 4, 5-man squads of Purifiers pouring out of 2 Pods. If they are in the NSF, they can move out of the pods, then run and shoot (in any order) the turn they arrive from DS. Each 5-man purifier squad can have 2 flamers (so 8 flamers total), move 7-12 inches from the Pod (depending on the run roll) and engage multiple units with 4 Cleansing Flames.
I'm sure you knew about this tactic, but it's one of my favorites and does very well against most armies. Good luck and let us know how it goes!
