Thinking of taking something like this to Adepticon for the tournament what do you guys think?

Delagatus w/ cataphractii armour, chain fist, and combi melta(pride of the legion)

Master of Signal

3x quad mortars

10x terminators w/ 4x combi plas, 2x chain fists, and 2x power fists

10x veterans (sniper) w/ 2x Heavy Bolter and Rhino (possibly outflanking)
5x Veterans w/ missile launcher

Spartan w/ flare shield and armoured ceramite

Typhon w/ armoured ceramite and lascannon sponsons

What do you guys think?

May or may not give the terminators the Spartan as dedicated transport. Know that I am light on troops but a first turn barrage from the quad mortars and Typhon should hopefully even that out.
Could drop the Spartan and a couple terminators to add in some tacticals and a Sicaran.

Looks good, Im guessing you'll switch your Mutable Tactic depending on who you're facing?

you are overestimating the effect of your mortars and typhon. you have a grand total of 27 infantry, 2 tanks, and 3 rapiers, and that is not much even by 40k standards, let alone 30k with it's sheer abundance of AP: 2 and wound-marines-on-a-2+
