1. I would say no, its not an official GW product so they probably wont play it. That being said, if you have a table to yourself or even ask the guys there, they might know and play it. Who know?
2. Don't believe there is anything about multiple players, but it can be done. Two ways of doing it:
A-Clusterf--k, meaning play the game normally but have multiple armies. Two things I would add would be the ability to shoot into unfriendly combat, and the ability to have multiple armies in the same combat. For that, players choose which model they are trying to hit before rolling.
B-Organized, meaning at the start of every turn, you choose an "enemy" for the phase. You may only target that army, and any combats with any other army are immediately consolidated out of. Its a little more tactical but also a little more structured, up to you.
3. No, though there is a single exception. You may take an Inquisitor model in your Kill team if youre running an Imperium list. The inquisitor must be taken as Leader or Special however. Its in their army entry.
4. Nothing that I know of, just talk to your group if you have a cool idea.
5. The Campaign Rules on the site allow up to 400pts per player. I would defiantly give it a look if you haven't already.
6. Not within the rulebook, but that actually sounds like a cool idea. It should be possible, just remember the more units that die the less likely they will get back up.
