A bit of an interesting idea I had. 2 very tanky ships
Miranda Doni(46)-Advanced SLAM, TLT, Jan Ors, Extra munitions, Proximity Mines
Chewbacca(54)-Experimental Interface, Predator, Lando Calrissian Crew, Recon Specialist.
Chewie can get up to 4 evades a turn... Minimum 2. Miranda regens shields, and can advanced SLAM away if she gets into real trouble. Bombs and mines for a nasty surprise and to help with a bit of lack of damage. Noone is gonna want to be behind her haha. The only thing I think this will struggle with is control lists.
I was thinking gunner and recon specialist might be a bit better, less action dependant, and less dependant on green dice.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices. |

So? He doesn't have to spend all 100 points. However, there is no real need for an initiative bid so it might not be a bad idea.

Don't you need the Millennium Falcon title to give Chewie any evades?

I was just clarifying so he knew he had 2 points for whatever.

No, Lando allows you to roll two green dice and pick up the results as tokens.
You could use the title to potentially pick up 3 evade tokens with PTL, but that means all your actions go toward evasion on Chewie. I either go Lando or title, depending on how many points I have left, not both.

Ah I see, didn't read the card carefully enough lol. I forgot to include the seismic charges on Miranda, bombing before and/or after moving makes her more adaptable. I was thinking YT-2400 with Jan Ors might be good as well, with Leebo I don't care about crits at all really, I think the shield regen with Miranda is better though, 2 green dice isn't gonna be as good as being able to SLAM around and drop bombs, and get shields back every turn I shoot.

Just remember you can't regen a shield the turn you SLAM, so that can delay your game plan, which a keen opponent will pile onto.
And Leebo certainly allows you to just the lesser of two evils, but you're not immune to crits by a long shot.
Here's a list I tried with disconcerting success:
Chewbacca (42)
Push the Limit (3)
Lando Calrissian (3)
Gunner (5)
Engine Upgrade (4)
Keyan Farlander (29)
Veteran Instincts (1)
Fire-Control System (2)
Heavy Laser Cannon (7)
Kyle Katarn (3)
B-Wing/E2 (1)
Total: 100
View in Yet Another Squad Builder
Granted, my opponent wasn't flying to the top of his game, but I essentially destroyed one ship a turn in four consecutive turns. I lost 5 shields, all in all.

That's an interesting take on it, I don't think Lando is as good as rec spec overall. he's pretty chancy, at least with recspec you always get 2 focus. my build was prety much relying on massed green dice and getting evades. I do like B-wings though.
Another take on your build, I think slightly more reliable.
Chewie(59)-Predator, Gunner, Recon Spec., Engine upgrade
Ten Numb(41)-Bwing/E2, Jan Ors, Cool Hand, FCS
Chewie doesn't really need dice mods with his stuff, but can if he's not up against stress mechanics. Cool Hand lets me get an evade when I need it against stress mechanics, or if I really need to do a red maneuver. Ten Numb is also reliably doing a crit almost every turn. I feel like taking 2 smaller ships would be better than the B-wing loaded out though. I feel like Zs or Awings would be kinda lackluster though.

Which is why Lando is awesome going purely on the fluff; he's a gambler like Han (who's pilot ability reflects this). FFG has done this with other pilots and cards as well (look at most of the X-wing pilots, for instance).

Ten Numb is only reliably giving you a crit in the sense that IF you roll one your opponent doesn't get dice against it, but that's it. I see it going through as a marginal case.
Last game (which I lost, for the record) I rolled a lot of evades with Lando, which saved my bacon a few times. I tried an Advanced Sensors and Dash Rendar on Farlander... not as good a combination, I find. If I rolled no eyeballs, I couldn't get rid of my stress.

Uh, yes you can. It's even in the FAQ:
When attacking, if Keyan Farlander has a
stress token, he can use his ability even if he
hasn’t rolled any
results; in this case,
no dice are modified but 1 stress token is
removed.
It's just like spending a Focus token when there are no eyeballs on the dice, which is explicitly allowed.

Really...
I mean, it would have freed up my dial, but not made me hit any more. So, all in all, little comfort. I was off my game, that night, I made several maneuvering errors.
But hey, the more you know, right?

You do have to have something to shoot, though. If he gets facing the wrong way and can't make a shot, you're stuck with the stress. Keyan is still really good, though. If you give him Push the Limit, you can do a Barrel Roll + Target Lock and then eliminate the PTL stress boosting your shot.

I was more worried about the PS battle. I don't think you can hang in the middle of the pack and still compete. You get the game dictated to you.

I ran the list last week forgot to mention. I lost one game, and won another. It was, as I expected, down to dice. When my greens came up well I did good, when not, not so much.
I forgot to put a mangler cannon on Ten Numb in my rework of your list. He has one, at 41 points. So he's pretty solid. I'd say he's better than Keyan in a way, but worse in another. Keyan is better against stress mechanic lists, but is more expensive, so Chewie isn't quite as strong. I prefer Jan Ors to Kyle as well, when you get that double focus, turning one to an evade for free is pretty key.
