I'm not sure what ITC is. I assume it is a tournament.
But your list looks like a good list (about as competitive as we can get).
I'm not a big fan of Nids using bastions and such (for fluff reasons), but I guess we need to get all of the edge we can get these days.
But I definitely see the theory behind your list. I don't see any way to really improve it without changing the entire dynamic of the list.
I'm just curious, are you putting some rippers and the Malanthrope in the bastion? Or is it just a tax for reserve mannipulation? Not that it would matter. The aegis with comms would only give you 35 points which won't help you much, unless you have more mucolids.
All of that being said, give 'em hell, and good luck!
Let us know how it works out.

R ippers come from reserve so i can deep strike them on objectives and make points. They are also useful for line breaker and hold your line. My bastion is there to block the line of sight so my flyrant can hide and fly high in the sky without any danger if i go second. Malanthrope make sure that if my bastion ever happen to explose, my flyrants will get a 2+ cover, which is great haha.

I'm not sure why in this list why you've gone for a Malanthrope over a Venomthrope? There's nothing back field that needs synapse. If you drop him down and swap the Rippers for Mucolids that frees up 100 points. 2 solo Zoans give you more powers and more warp dice or 2 more Lictors for tactical variance. Or my preference is a Spore Field to hem the enemy in and give you huge board control to maximise the impact of the Mawlocs.

I kind of need rippers for objectives and the malanthrope is cheaper then leaving a venomthrope and a zoanthrope behind, since venom wont be in synapse range... Well, let me know if i should really change the rippers but i lose some stuff on the ground and mucolids cant score objectives :(
