Any addition to the headline you could add Blood Angels units with the Black Rage, Black Templars right after they've been shot at and probably more.

Do you see any difference which could be shown through rules?

Here are some thoughts of mine:

Most Khorne units still have their martial pride and so don't fight so insanely that their guard is completely down but some do fight this way when the bloodlust is most extreme.

All units would seem to never flee from a close combat, but I can see Orks fleeing if they've taken enough casualties.

Is it really correct that some of these types of rage are only shown through Charge bonuses?

Should some units move faster because of rage? (Yes they want into close combat but isn't that what Running is for? To focus only on moving and not shooting.)

To me the Chaos Space Marines needed to be characterised as a threat reaching back to the Imperium's past, a threat which had refused to lie down and become part of history. This is in part why the gods of Chaos are less pivotal in Codex Chaos; we felt that the motivations of Chaos Space Marines should remain their own, no matter how debased and vile. Though the corrupted Space Marines of the Traitor Legions make excellent champions for the gods of Chaos, they are not pawns and have their own agendas of vengeance, empire-building vindication or arcane study which gives them purpose.
