So I wanted to make a list with both Daemonkin and Chaos Daemons. My only question is the daemonkin suffer from the
Daemonice Instability rule? They do not have the rule, but as battle brothers do they receive rule?

They are different codexs and nothing about battles brothers makes you get another codex's rules

The Avatar of Khaine has the 'Daemon' special rule as well. Daemonic Instability is not a part of the 'Daemon' special rule.

So they also will not suffer the warp table effects?

And the results of the Warp Storm Table have different targets that they affect. Some affect models with the Daemon Special Rule while others affect those with Daemon Instability, and so on. To be sure, read the specific affects.

Note that KDK daemons do still have the "Daemon of Khorne" special rule, so while they won't be affected by Daemonic instability, anything that specifies "Daemon of Khorne" will still affect them.
