This warlord trait lets you reroll failed charge rolls, but I was wondering if you were able to selectively pick which dice to reroll like you can with Fleet or if you must reroll both dice if the charge fails.

Reroll, both. Under the reroll rules page 11 in the paper book.

Right. You are essentially rerolling the total not the dice. It would be like rolling a single D12. If you don't like the score on the first roll then you can reroll it.
