Sorry don't know the proper name, ork, orucks, orkus (damn autocorrect keeps changing it lol). I bought the beginner box set, putting the captain ork together (sorry can't remember the name for the life of me, I have CRS) and I see there is multiple options to put on. Question is, I in most cases will mostly make what looks cool or what my wife likes, but I want to make sure putting a BIG AXE on or the banner or little ax, if it makes a difference game wise or stat wise?

Still learning how Age of Sigmar works, so I am lost right now. I see a lot of smart knowledgeable people on the forums out helping everyone, I thought maybe some of you can help me out now.

Agies Grimm:The "Learn to play, bro" mentality is mostly just a way for someone to try to shame you by implying that their metaphorical nerd-wiener is bigger than yours. Which, ironically, I think nerds do even more vehemently than jocks.

Everything is made up and the points don't matter. 40K or Who's Line is it Anyway?

Do you have the PDF rules for Orcs? They're available on the GW website and that would surely help the decision.

Not familiar with the model and its options myself but looking at the PDF, the big axe gets half the attacks of the pair of choppas but does a lot more damage per hit. I think there's a case for going for a pair of choppas because of all the attacks, but I like rend and damage. His command ability to frenzy units around him is very powerful.

The banner is pretty nice too, giving re-rolls for wound rolls of 1 for everyone within 16 inches. Pairs well with the command ability, which you can still get with the banner. He's almost useless in combat though.

I don't think you can really go wrong but it looks from the war scroll to me like a decision between the extra area buff the banner gives and the more powerful combat ability going with the axes or one big axes would give.

From my reading of the Start Collecting boss, it looks like you get options to build both, so I'd say you can't go wrong making one a banner guy and one the more fighty one.

Thanks coldgaming. I found some magnets, and trying to magnetize so I can have both. Oh My God. This is so frustrating. ARgh. I think I should have just glued them and bought another box set LOL.

Now I magnetized the waste as well. Oops. Only had small magnets, 3/32 I think. At least it's an Ork so when if tilts and looks funny, it still looks cool because ...ORK!

Thanks will check out the warscrolls.
