I have been fairly disappointed at the quantity and the quality of games I've played lately.  This post is written in hope to rally 40K players in Toronto.

I hope to meet more 40K enthusiasts like myself.  I urge people to venture out of cover and into the open.  If not to play, come out to discuss the hobby and/or simply check out unfortunate people without camera's armies.

Share the location and the usual times where you play and/or spend time when warhammer is on your mind.  I personally don't enjoy playing at GW for I find the stores are quite cramped.  Thus I play at local stores:  Two-Headed Dragon (north of yonge and sheppard) on most fridays and Hero's World (kennedy and highway 7) on most sundays.  (I hope I did not break any forum rules by identifying these stores, if so, let me know and I will promptly edit)

Have you ever tried going to Duelling Grounds? It's at Dundas West station, which seems a little out of your way, but it's closer to the core, it's got a lot of space and I usually see some people gaming there.

Hi all!

I'm also in Toronto, and looking for a group. Is the Two-Headed Dragon group still playing on Fridays?

You can usually find me at the Vaughn Mills GW or the downtown Bunker for Tournaments

I tried going to Two Headed Dragon but after waiting a year and a half for the Sabol case I ordered to arrive I got tired of the way the store is run and haven't gone back

Does living somewhat near as in an hour and a half away from Toronto count?

Depends which direction you're an hour and a half away in. My hometown is an hour and a half away from Toronto and I'm going to be getting a couple games in there this weekend.

I believe it's southward, I don't pay attention to the map much lol. Regardless, I'm in London.

I went to university at UWO, so I'm well-acquainted with the trip. Don't make it to London much any more though.

That depends on how fast you drive. It usually takes me about 2hours.

That said, I'm in Toronto. I haven't played since I came here, but I'm thinking about getting back into it.

Once I get back from California (hooray for 2 weeks in the desert! ) I'd be up for some games for sure.

Anyone else play at the vaughn mills mall GW? I'm usually there every Sunday or every other Sunday looking for a game. Hey bunker if you ever see someone who has his models in a wood box until he gets a case (trying to buy one off ebay and in dakka swap shop) then that's me and just ask me and I'll play =P

I've also been thinking of trying out the Battle Bunker although it's a bit further than vaughn (by about 20 minutes).

GW Vaughan Mills is top shelf.

@ Asmodai: Heroes World in Markham is also a good 'un. I'm not sure what 2 Headed Dragon's gaming schedule is these days - so I'd recommend calling ahead.
