Sorry if this seems a bit of a stupid question, but can one take a double CAD equivalent with special detachments? Basically taking two Harlequin Masques, Skitarii Maniples or Baal Detachments etc?

If there isn't a restriction that says it can't be duplicated, or has to include a character with that restriction, go nuts with it.
