I'm not too sure about this as an early game list as its low points with some heavy costing units in it but I was wondering if anyone thinks this list is quite viable? I don't see many slannesh purists around (As the units don't get as much love as the other big 3) and as soon as I saw the nurgle and khorn starter packs come out I was kicking myself, the value on the nurgle pack is crazy! So I do hope all isn't in vain and Slannesh can still compete with the big boys.

Looking forward to hearing some constructive feedback as I will hopefully begin playing local tournaments with this build.

I think if you want a MC list with a Slaanesh theme, it seems pretty good to me. Maybe expand into a couple of soul Grinders when you get to higher points, but at 1200 looks good!

As the UnleanOne said above me, this is looking solid, when fitting it into 1200 points. Not a slaanesh expert, but I know that any daemon prince that gets into melee is sure to rip and tear. Do be careful - he'll be target #1 from the enemy, so keep him alive!

Hahaha yeah I imagine so, although with 3 MC's on the board they are going to have some trouble, esp due to the 2 HQ's hopefully having invisibility, I'm not sure if I should roll on telepathy or biomancy for the daemon prince, if I can keep 3 MC's with invis on the board would be pretty great. I'm not sure if I should get 2 more daemon princes in later lists or get a soulgrinder and a daemon prince to fill in the 3 slots. What are your thoughts?


Also, on a non slannesh note, are blight drones of nurgle (from forgeworld) any good? Their large blast attack has me interested

plague drones are quite popular, multi task unit, able to take some punishement without suffer heavy losses with heralds it is still a good choice

Not plague drones, blight drones, the ones you buy from forgeworld that have their own rules. Not sure if you got the name wrong and your talking about the blight drones or you misread what I wrote

I've never used one or seen one in a game. Seems pretty cool though, but at 150 points I'm not totally sold. You could always do the standard be'lakor + Cultists + heldrake allied detachment for a pretty excellent flyer.

Also you should definitely go biomancy for the prince. If you take the Lash ranged weapon and get Iron Arm it can be a S9 shooting attack which is amazing. Also most of the biomancy table is really good except for hemorrhage.
