Does this list have potential?

The tactical support squads cannot be used as compulsory troops.

I switched the the Support Squads with Flamers and Volkite Calivers to 2x10 man tac squads

And if you are using the AL, then drop pod assault seems like a wasted venture. Their Legion specific traits and RoW are a much better idea than dropping them in. And will save a lot of points to place elsewhere.

I think, IMO, that an all infantry AL list could be devastating. Lots of tacticals, tactical support and heavy support squads backed by scouts or Headhunter Kill teams, Apothecaries and HQs.

What legion would best fit this list in your opinion?

For what you are paying in points for all the Dreadclaws and tactical support squads, why not move to NL?

I'm not sure on legion specific rules so I'll take your word and go with Night Lords

Alpha Legion rites of war are great, but based on your drop pod fetish and the large infantry numbers, it might be better to go with Night Lords. I recommend that you look at their Legion specific rules before jumping in blind though.

That's probably a good idea.
