I'm having some custom decals made for my AM/IG tanks. The problem is I have no idea what mm size to make the text decals for the Lemans/Baneblade.

Could anyone provide me with some insight?

That entirely depends where you want the decal to be on the tank and how prominent you want it to be. Do you actually have those tanks on hand? Decide where you want the decal, measure it up and calculate how big the text needs to be. If you have just a regular printer you could print off some dummy designs on regular paper just to check their size.

Yeah, your best bet is to print out the text on your printer first. You can also print it onto clear, overhead transparency plastic; that way, you can cut it out and look at how it appears on the tank.

I'd also suggest that when making the decal, you make at least 1 spare of each one (if not 2) in case you goof up the decal.
