Haywire blasters on bs3 models arent that useful, TBH you are better off at sticking with the splinter cannon. I have found them pretty useful. WIth jink and cover saves and the like, haywire blasters wont reliably kill a vehicle.

Aftermath can be calculated.

twin linked haywire blasters on a bs3 model is fine. Hitting on 4's with re rolls. You should be taking out a tank a turn. Anyway to get the grots a raider? Never ran solo grots. I personally think you have too little on the table, but what you have is tough as nails especially if staying near the cronos. Test it out, have fun and let us know how it fares.

The problem isn't accuracy - 5 shots, twin-linked, with haywire, should take out a tank with reasonable confidence.

The problem is that you don't want to do that.
The Corpsethief claw can only charge what it shoots at, and wants to be murdering non-vehicle units because you get a victory point bonanza when you do - I think the command benefit only triggers off non-vehicle units.

It may be worth keeping, just for insurance, but that's about it.

It does leave you with a lack of antitank....a good option for this (well, not good, but as good as coven forces get) is scissorhands. On a haemonculus, or a wrack, they're pretty irrelevant - giving you an occasional AP2 hit.

On a Grotesquerie Abberation, which is at least S5 and potentially S6, rending hits can put meaningful holes into a tank.

The main problem is probably the grotesques. Tough as the buggers are, they're still eminently killable if you try and hoof it up the board on foot. The Talos are fine thanks to scout.

I could take two squads of three and put them in raiders if I juggle around the points a bit?

Well although I see your point I semi disagree with you cause if you are shooting 30 twin linked splinter cannon rounds at something you are going to charge you may not make your charge since you will shred a lot of what you are shooting.

I think a list like this needs the haywire. He has no anti tank at all really.

That was my main thinking on the issue! I'm not too worried about flyers, psykers are always going to be a bitch for dark eldar, I can shred elite infantry and none of my regular opponents play with hordes so i just needed some form of anti-tank and with the haemonculus coven restrictions I felt this was the best way of going about it.
