Ok so adepticon is quickly approaching and ive been thinking of possible list too take Mainly all being just pure eldar list, but was thinking of what everyone Thoughts of a possible eldar/tau varation.

So Heres what im thinking

So that leaves me 22pts i have left over, Any Thought Whether i should maybe drop the feel no pain basically could get another 3 jetbikes for the points. OR try to Trim and get last feel no pain. List Seems Solid I mean has interceptor, D Shoots, Lots Strength 6, Mobility. OR Are there better ways to spend 600pts in the eldar codex? MY other list is was thinking is all eldar basically close to this except more bikes, Warp spiders Aspect host formation and a VSG OR Same kinda eldar list with web way portal d syscths and Vaul wrath cannons.

The 2 units of jet bikes with 4 each, I would cut those down to 3. You may not want to have your farseers join either of those units based on what armies you are playing against. I would then go with a melee wraithknight. I would then put FNP on all of the riptides. I personally prefer all burst cannons over the IA and SMS. I would also put a spirit stone on one of the farseers. I played with a very similar list the other day, minus the second wraithknight and it felt insane. Your bikes are basically there to capture objectives and shoot light infantry and your farseers are there for just psychic support. Getting doom in games is insane in this list because the riptide wing benefits from it and it is freaking awesome. Other than that this list is strong I do feel like it might struggle against a knight army, but not by much and in that match up I am not sure if the D cannons are superior to the D sword.

Thanks for the Reply good criticism. I see where your coming from with the unit of 4's jetbikes but usually take them just so 2 guys need to die before a ld test. As far as the Wraithknights go, in adept icon they ruled d too be full strength by the book for shooting, And that ranged d When you roll a 6 has been devastating. Although a few people have suggested the melee one now i may try 1 and 1. Now For the Riptides You dont feel that the ioncannon would be good for interceptor situations, reason y i felt to have one with that set up.

So if i drop 2 4 man bike squads too 3 mans that free up 54pts along with the 20 somthing i already had. So minus the FNP list looks as so.

Hum As far as knight army goes idk why but i dont see them being scarry i mean littlery every single unit in the list Can hurt them even scat bikes on side armour.

Out of curosity what was your List im thinking up an itc format version of this also.

So with regard to the IA it might have a place in the list because of drop pod armies, but I feel like the volume of shots from the HBC will also get the job done. It might take some testing to really know for sure though. Also if ranged D isn't nerfed, then I think the cannons are the way to go. I run this same exact list for tournaments that allow more than 1 LoW and will switch up sword and board and cannons based on what I feel the meta will be. So for itc events I am not 100% right to add in place of the wraithknight. I feel like fire dragons in a wave serpaint would be pretty decent.

How are you getting 2 WK's in a CAD? Each CAD only has 1 LoW slot correct?

This list looks dirty. Dig it. I love the sword/board WK, but unmodified D shooting is solid, so if you're running 2 of them, go with 1 of each to take pressure off of your riptides and scat packs.

You take a war host and in that you take the wraith construct.

Well its two cads 1wk each cad you allowed 2 cads n 1 Formation.

Im having a hard time deciding if 2 HBC and 1 ionaccel is better or just 3HBC

How do you fit 2 wraithknights in a single game with 1 LoW slot and how are you taking 2 riptides without a second 1 hq and 2 troop?

He has two Eldar CAD and then the Riptide formation that can have up to 3 Riptides. Three sources in total.

ive had alot people not understanding this lol This is for adepticon which allows multiple LOWs up too 700pts.

On a side note im Debateing taking a skatch Knight with 1 cad as Those things seem so nasty.

Ive had about 5 games with the list Atm, The Riptide wing doesnt do a much damage output as you would think without markerlight support IT has Struggled agianst Armour 13 somewhat.

Soo im debating If warp spiders may just be better then some items on my list.

The Deathshroud Cannon is great.

Little Update about 8 games in list seems to being doing real well still having hard time deciding if i want all hbc or 2 hbc and ioncannon.

If youre taking Ripwing you should ally in either an tau detachment or the drone formation and get some marker lights in there.

I'd consider a velocity tracker or two on the riptides

As far as adding in markerlight support i dont feel all the extra points towards making tau more killy is worth it. The point of the list is substantiated damage i mean wraithknights and riptides are hard to kill. Plus in order to add any other detachment id have to Drop a Eldar cad means losing a wraithknight and farseer etc etc. drone formations what 400 points i mean adding 400pts to make 600pts shoot little better seems silly to me. Velocity Tracker my not be a bad idea on a heavy burst cannon riptide.

Hum i Didnt Realize that the drone Formation is Only 224pts. Now the Question is The 224pts Worth spending to only buff the riptides and then B What Can i drop to take them.

Does Adepticon follow the ITC army building rules?
If so, then this is not allowed, as they only have 1 LoW.

Otherwise it's pretty vicious. If someone is not prepared to deal with 5 MCs, they will be in for a very, very bad game.

Adepticon allows 2 low as long as the point total is below 700.
