So, from BaC I have two 10 man Tactical Squads with extra CCWs and Power Sword Sergeant. I was wondering what would be more effective for running them with a chaplain: One 20 man squad or two 10 man squads, and the chaplain only joins one. If I take the twenty man choice my other troops choice is a Tactical Support Squad.

Currently I am thinking of running the 20 man blob simply to have more marines with Zealot. Thoughts?

Unless you are using rhinos, 20 is always better for a variety of reasons including points efficiency. Also a good idea to get an apothecary with a scanner thingy.

If you dont short hand your list, Im not reading it.
Example: Assault Intercessors- x5 -Thunder hammer and plasma pistol on sgt.
or Assault Terminators 3xTH/SS, 2xLCs
For the love of God, GW, get rid of reroll mechanics. ALL OF THEM!

You cannot use tactical support squads as compulsory troops selection. Why not two squads of fifteen? Chaplain with one, and definitely Apothecaries with both.

Tactical Support Squads don't fill a mandatory Troop Choice, due to the Support Squad rule they have.

You'll need either another Tactical Squad, Assault Squad, or Breacher Squad to meet the Age of Darkness Force Org Chart. Or you could consider using the Pride of the Legion or Chosen Duty Rites of War to take Veteran Tactical Squads as Troop Choices.
