I'm painting up the Betrayal at Calth set as an Ultramarine force, and I want to keep it legal. I'll get the books eventually, but for now is a twenty man tac squad, all with bolters and maybe a close combat weapon on the sergeant a legal squad? Don't care about points or effectiveness right now.

Yep, that would be legal depending on what CCW you put on the Sarge...they don't have access to everything under the sun, but they have access to the usual suspects.

Thanks. He'll get a sword or chainsword or lightning fist, depending on the mood I'm in when I build him.

Powerfist or sword are your best bet along with a melta bomb.

If you dont short hand your list, Im not reading it.
Example: Assault Intercessors- x5 -Thunder hammer and plasma pistol on sgt.
or Assault Terminators 3xTH/SS, 2xLCs
For the love of God, GW, get rid of reroll mechanics. ALL OF THEM!
