Hello Dakka been having a little trouble with a user here. This is the first trouble I've ever had on Dakka and thus my first transaction report so hopefully I've combed the rules enough.

The user cruzazul contacted me on January 17th offering to sell the contents of a blood tide box set. That would include 10 bloodletters, 3 blood crushers, a daemon prince, and a skull cannon of Khorne.

I responded to this with multiple questions about the models, typical questions. The response time was phenomenal from cruzazul during this time. The user then offered 2 boxes of beserkers and possibly a rhino. I was intrigued again and asked questions about those models as well.

We talked back and forth for some time about the nature of the models and finally came down to pricing on them. We bartered back and forth but I had to wait until payday until I could make a final decision. The user insisted that they could really use the money for books in college which I entirely understand. He/she dropped the price a considerable amount if I would pull the trigger that day. This was Monday January 18th. The funds were received and the user assured me that tomorrow, Tuesday January 19th the package would be in the mail.

I asked for a message when the package would be sent and then decided to wait. After Tuesday had past I messaged the user asking if there was problems. I received a response on Saturday January 23rd saying,

"Let me know if you got the PayPal tracking information?!? And the note about the bases. I don't know if you've received the tracking info just yet.
I ran out of 32mm bases so I got some more ordered to have enough for your dudes! Hopefully you e been having a good weekend! We are trapped in 2 feet of snow in MD lol"

I have since then tried to contact the user via email, which we exchanged during the paypal process. And also over Dakka. Once on January 27th and again on February 1st.

I am unsure what is happening but the optimistic side of me believes that the user is a college student who is swamped with school and also has the weather to contend with and has simply not gotten the package out because of this. If anything further develops I will update this thread.

Not sure if it matters, but I got a NIB bloodthirster from him a few months back and it was a pretty flawless transaction. I hope it's just a fluke or something.
