What books do I need to own for all the rules for 30k word bearers rules?

Hold off, and purchase the 2 red books once they release. If you don't wanna wait, the big books 1, 2, and 5 (I think) all have word bearers stuff. Honestly though, wait a week or so more, and then buy the legion book and the army list book. Until then, I recommend 1d4chan as a general overview, but don't treat the info as fact until you can check.

Word bearers aren't in book 1, just 2 and 5. Unless you mean the core army list for legion. Because that list is out of date now. The crusade army list red book is what you want.

But in the next month a new legion rules red book will be out with ultras and the book five updates. so just order the two red book bundle when it comes out.
