Hey guys, I recently won a bunch of composi-mold.
Basically you use it to cast an object you want to mold and then put in whatever material you want. (normally like resin, plaster, plastic, etc)
I'm looking for your suggestions on what I should make?
Maybe like a terrain piece or something.
If you have any cool ideas leave a message here or on youtube.
Here's my unboxing video for the contest if your interested.

Start with something that requires only a one-sided mold (to avoid all the extra hassle of aligning two-part molds), so yeah, terrain is a good idea.

I'd try something like low barricades or walls (of whatever suitable material suits your gaming system), or brick/stone/plaster-walled buildings/structures (where the non-molded side will be hidden inside).

Expect some experimentation with different sorts of resin etc.

Oooh, you could send some to me!
Or not.

I agree with doing one sided molds. It's really pretty tough to make double sided molds with out using some kind of injection or pressure method.

However, if your feeling adventuresome I find using a GW sprue unclipped is a good way to get yourself used to the process of making a two sided mold. The flashing and mold lines tells you exactly how deep to press into your mold, and there are already places where the air should escape from.
