Foot Seer join the guardians and support the back line. If he dies the phoenix gem bring it back (hopefully)
Bike seer join windriders and the rest is pretty much self explanatory.

Are you running the Nightspinners separately? There are advantages and disadvantages to both. As a compromise, I'd run 2 Nightspinners as a unit and then the third one solo; they would then get the Monofilament Shroud bonus: 2 shots at S8. When using this unit, I found it useful to snipe out things like Broadsides (it is still a barrage weapon).

It's a list that I would imagine most opponents would find reasonable in any type of pick up game.

Also try finding points to give the nightspinners spirit stones to ignore the results of crew shaken and stunned.
