So I have decided to post my finished defenders of faith.(slaanesh warband)
Still need to build the rest of the noise marine squad and some more things to paint, but thats not for this thread.
The idea for these guys started off with me listening to some symphonic death metal while modeling which reminded me of a time when noise marines were pretty metal, then the next day at the local gw i found out that the monthly paint challenge was any space marine, long story short i walked out with a box of chaos space marines.

So to start things off we have Doom Rider.

Then we have the noise marine champion, who was what i made for the challenge, sadly i have yet to make the rest of the squad. Hes also the first thing I had painted since 2007ish

Now for the sonic dreadnought, the guitar was hard, which is likely to be the reason i have put of the rest of the noise marines. (also I had the idea for this before watching madmax.)

Then we have the start of a chosen squad.

And a havok squad.

Do need a better setup for taking pictures.

Thanks for looking.

Thanks for the comments guys.

I really should do some edge highlighting did attempt it on the champ, but i needed to do the next lighter shade to make it noticable, going forwards i'll start for the non mooks. though might return to these.
