Subject: Locutarus Storm Squad and the Ultramarine Rite of War
Does the special rule from this Storm Squad conflict with the Ultramarine Rites of War?
The Rite of War limitation says " Units which are part of this detachment using this Rite of War may not deploy ... or enter play via deep strike (normal reserves are allowed).
The Storm Squad special rules Opening Salvo and Precision Intervention.... both begin with "On the turn the unit arrives via Deep Strike...."
Why would they include a Unit specific to the Ultras that cant take advantage of their Rites of War? Am I misunderstanding or not seeing something here?

30k Rites of War are heavily restrictive in their use, much more similar to 5th ed 40k than anything you'll find in 7th; you can't deepstrike Storm Squads or anything else using the Ultramarine Rite of War
