My only thought is why even take scatter bikes? No one is even going to bother shooting at anything else...so you have to hold them in reserve anyways - might as well give them no upgrades and take more of them - or take more spears on your council - or more warlocks. Otherwise what else can we say - 2 indestructible units running a muck. Sounds like a lot of fun for you and not much for the other guy.

I have played it against a blob squad. Jetbikes move 12", Assault Move 2D6, or Turbo 36". He never gets close. Ever.
I've had the Baharroth debate for a long while. The majority of games I've played (say, 5 of 6) he'd be entirely a waste. However every now and again you face board control KDK or Skyhammer Turn1 assault and you'd just wish you had him. I've taken to not bringing him, but I have had regrets periodically.
I'm surprised you haven't thrown at least a single Injector onto the CTC. Those seem to come in handy more often than not.

Yes. Originally I had Injectors in the list. Then several players told me it was unnecessary. Rerolls win games and all that.

5 Talos (all chain flails) Automatically Appended Next Post: I might just go two units of bikes and scatter laser them right out. But thought obsec jetbikes for scoring were going to be more what i needed in the list. Possibly for killing MSU the scatterbikes might be more handy...
Not sure how i best deal with alpha strike grav if it has a lot of ignores cover (hunters eye etc...). Not sure what my other weaknesses are, but I think the WK mitigates many of them. Played around with no WK and a scalpel squadron for null deplyment too... might work sometimes... But i think the WK is more useful more of the time (for things like blobs, multi star opponents etc.)

I've never found an answer I've liked as an Eldar player against alpha strike. MSU is reasonable but doesn't maximize the council, Reserve play is high risk high reward, and allying out can start dragging down points. I think you can take some sigh of relief in that you have three massive threats on the board turn 1 which have counter-assault capacity. It's not grand, but individually they quite strong and possibly durable enough to take the alpha hit.
I don't see an alternative while keeping to the core of your list concept.
Those points aside - would you not rather lop off two Warlocks in favor of a fourth Farseer? I find Runes of Battle to be a crapshoot and Warlocks as a whole to be ablative wounds anyhow there prefer a second CADseer.
