Any thoughts on the competitiveness of this list?

You should do well enough with the dread-knights and the fell blade. I don't really like interceptors or strike squads.
I think you could drop the interceptors and strikes and take 2 10 man GKT and this list would do fine. You'd really want to have a libby for each squad though.

If you run it like it is - I fear your interceptors will get blown to pieces and youll be left with no ability to take objectives.

While i don't usually use a supper heavy, I like the interceptors but don't put the hammer on the justicar. I would also strip some points from the knights and librarian and bring the strike squad up to full strength. I know it is just there to fill the requirement, but filling it out will make it better at holding a rear objective.

I remade this list because as i found out the librarian can't take that many relics which sucks. I made another thread you fellas can comment on
