Got a 500 point friendly competition coming up, so i decided to make an Imperialis Militia list for it, so here it is (Feedback would be nice)
Competition Rules- 1HQ,1Troop,1Extra Troop/1Elite/1Fast Attack/1Heavy Support, All relics are OK, no other restrictions

The Levy Squads will go after Units and light vehicles, the Force Commander will go after MCs, ICs and heavy vehicles

The problems I see - even a heavily upgraded Force Commander will struggle to stop a dreadnought, and whilst stubborn the levyare only Ld 7 - a decent burst of rapid fire and they'll probably break and run.

I have literally no experience with which to recommend this but why not include some discipline masters for your Levy and then maybe grab a support squad to give you some dread killing power? I think you might be able to squeeze that if you knock some of the upgrades off your commander...

Yup, definitely drop some of those upgrades. They look cool and you think they'll make him incredible but they really don't. Yes, the Nanyte Blaster and Void Shield are amazing (Particularly the Blaster), but I'd only take one at most (Because spending 80 points in upgrades for one model I find to be inefficient, though YMMV) and I wouldn't even bother at 500 points, its just too expensive when you have so few points. And you definitely need some anti-dreadnought and anti-transport fire. I think IG FTW got it right with their choice of unit.
