Okay, so Decurion isnt an option but bringing the formations with a CAD is. Will either be playing Tau with lots of Big Suits, SM gladius, or BA Drop assualt probably. Just need so e advice on how to make this work as Ive never ran a Cult before. Here's the list.
CAD
Hq
2x Crypteks with Chronmetrons
Elites
2 units, Stalkers 1 with Heat Ray, 1 with Particle Shredder(I had 5 extra points but probably will remove it)
Troops
2 units,15 Warriors
10x Gauss Immortals(Maybe split into 2 gropus of 5 with tesla)
10x Gauss Immortals-NS
Destroyer Cult
D-Lord-WS,PS
3x Heavy Ds
4x Destroyers
3x Destroyers
3x Destroyers
A Cryptek has to be warlord. Questions, Comments, Concerns, and Derogatory remarks welcome!

A Cryptek does not have to be the warlord. The Destroyer Lord could be the warlord and I'd recommend that since he'd make best use of whatever trait he rolls, probably from the personal traits.
I think you should split the Immortals into smaller units for more objective grabbing potential.
A lone Nightscythe in a 2000 point game seems out of place. It'll get singled out by any anti-air firepower. Additionally, as Necrons, we can pretty much ignore enemy air units because they don't do enough damage to Necrons to be worth their points. So we don't need the anti-air aspect of a Nightscythe. So you might as well remove the Nightscythe, split the Immortals into smaller units, and use the extra points to take something else such as...
Anti-melee. You currently are very vulnerable to melee units. Most of the time, your infantry can hold out in a melee fight, but most armies have at least 1 strong melee unit that can sweep thru 5 Immortals in a single turn. And at 2000 points, an army like Daemonkins or Tyranids can produce enough threats that you won't be able to shoot everything before they reach you. For those armies, you need a tarpit unit such as Wraiths. So I'd suggest dropping the Nightscythe and picking up a unit of Wraiths.

Well I played some games with a Destroyer Cult alongside a Judicator Battalion and it was downright nasty.
I would consider Illuminor Szeras as warlord. Immortal Hubris is nice. Then he Gets to buff one units of troops BS, T or S plus his 6" +4 RP bubble to units and his S8 AP2 Eldricht lance.

Sorry for not specifing but do to the legue rules my warlord must be from my CAD, I agree with the lone Night Sycthe thing though, Ill drop it and add Wraiths and split up the Immortals. In that case should the D-lord go with the wraiths, or where should I put hims as to not slow them down?

Start the D-Lord with the Wraiths and use them to slingshot the D-Lord into combat. What I mean by this is to have 1 Wraith in the unit move the full 12", then string the rest of the wraiths behind him so that the D-Lord remains in coherency after moving 6". Then in the assault phase, use his 2d6" move to put him back near the front and do the same thing on the next turn until they reach combat. This way, you don't really lose any movement AND the Wraiths benefit from the D-Lord's Preferred Enemy special rule once they reach combat.
Alternatively, if there are multiple threats that need to be attacked in melee, the D-Lord can always detach from the Wraiths turn 2 in order to charge a separate unit.
