Does anyone here have firsthand experience with Perry Miniatures plastic Mahdist models?
I've been disappointed with the Gripping Beast plastic Arabs and am looking for some other plastics to flesh out my Arab/Muslim armies and was wondering if these would work with a little converting.

Yup, love 'em. I painted about 80 for a Sudan project and converted a fair few.

Yer Im using them as Arab Levy for First Crusades.
