Here's a new army I'm building. I'll be playing mostly ITC rules and missions.
I have 615 points left, what should I add? I just don't want to invest in AA since there's not a lot of flyers in my meta.
I want an army that nullifies or renders obsolete a lot of weapons in the enemy army. No armour save, which nullifies Grav and Ap in general. No flyers and almost no tanks, which nullifies AA and melta.

Purge and CAD detachment

Ordnance Tyrant with Nurgle covent and his command squad (85)
He will be sitting with an artillery unit, giving it FnP 6+. He also lets barrage weapons within 12'' shoot into units in close combat (!)[/color]

Another command squad (45)

Six units of fifteen renegades, each with 3 flamers (360) (ObS) + Promethium pipe lines (45)
This gives me 18 flamers with Torrent, Shred, Gets hot.
* I really want to have ignores cover weapon.The sheer number of saves these templates can force means nothing is going to get near. You might say the enemy might want to get close and shoot at me, but i think I will outgun many lists.

One unit of forty plague zombies (120) (ObS)
Fearless, FnP 4+

Two units of three laser destroyers (140)
This gives me 6 shots at BS3 --> 36’’ s9 ap2 Ordnance 1, twin-linked

Two units of two Medusa siege gun (320)
This gives me 4 shots at BS2 --> 36’’ s10 ap2 Ordnance 1, Blast (5’’)
* I could also play them as Earthshaker and save 100 points (which is almost the price of two renegade wyverns). Then I'd have 4 shots at BS2 --> 36’’-240'' s9 ap3 Ordnance 1, Barrage, Blast (5’’).
This weapon could be shot in close combat (being barrage) as opposed to the medusa siege. But then I wouldn't have enough ap2 weapon (but taking a Baneblade could help).
* I could put a Chaos sorcerer with Divination (via the relic) and pray to have prescience + perfect timing...

2 units of two Quad launcher (120)
This gives me 4 shots at BS2 --> 12’’-60’’ s5 ap5 Barrage 4, Blast (3’’) (a total of 16 blasts...)

THEN I have 615 points left. What should I add?
The obvious choice seems to me to be a Baneblade and two wyverns who could shoot in close combat. But then in the end I think I wouldn't have enough shots to kill Knights or MC/GMC.
Should I consider also Plaguebearers with objective secured that deepstrike?
What would you suggest?

It's good I would switch the medusa to Earthshaker and put in the void shield generator + promethium relay pipe combination from stronghold assault with the 100 points you saved

The Ordnance Tyrant is nice for opening up extra slots for the big guns, but with what you have so far, you aren't using his ability to have barrage shots fly into close combat. I think you will need units that can tie up enemies for at least one round in close combat - infantry units with Chaos Sigil would do for a start.

You also lack any elements that can score objectives not on your side of the board, much less linebreaker. That part is hard to get in R&H, especially if you don't have access to the cheap Spawn. So its either allies (Deamons, Orks) or strange choices like deep striking Vets or even the 55p flyer.

If you want more guns, I can recommend Griffons. I just love my 10 Griffons , but 5 would do as well to double as anti-Infantry and anti-tank at a ridiculusly low cost.
