Need help on kitting out a Foot Wolf Lord

Long story short, I came into a wolf lord on foot for a buck. Has a crapton of weapons I can equip him with, but not a T-Wolf, bike or jump pack (the stuff I need for that will probably be the same as buying a new model anyways).

The rest of the army is 3 units of Long Fangs (with 6 models each, but haven't decided on weapons yet. Probably missile launchers), 1 unit of Wolf Guard Terminators and 3 units of Grey hunters (with 5 models each and a plasma gun) in drop pods. I'm thinking of adding more grey hunters and at least two units of TWC when the Start Collecting box drops (those aren't fantastic value, but still a 10% discount + free character model).

So what would be a good loadout for a wolf lord on foot in this army? Or should I see about converting him into a rune priest (if I get two more Start Collecting Boxes, I'd have enough to convert up two more Rune Priests)?

You should probably add a Thunderwolf anyway because they're literally THAT good.

I will eventually add a T-Wolf lord but that still means I got an armless Wolf Lord on foot. Any way I can make some use of him?

Maybe slingshot him with some Thunderwolf Calvary?

I don't even think you guys get a EW relic, which is about the only time I would EVER construct a foot Captain of any kind. T4 just isn't spectacular for preventing ID.

Otherwise, the Relic Axe (the one that gives Rampage but better), a Storm Shield, and Artificer Armor is about the best you'll do I think.
