I was wondering if anyone has experience with these interesting light tanks.
There doesn't seem to be much information about them on the internet and whilst I do know they're currently OOP on ForgeWorld, I was thinking of adding a couple to my army (alternately modelled).

So if anyone does know about them/used them/faced them... could you please respond with your opinions/thoughts on them?

I have used them on occasion but found out they are underpowered and overcost with only a BS3 autocannon. Still, being able to scout with them accounted for something. But if you compare them to Ork buggies with rokkits they come off badly indeed; the buggies come at less then half the cost and have better weapons.
Thus I converted my Salamander to a Griffon/Wyvern with the DKoK mortar or quad launcher mounted on it.

The Salamander Command is nifty with its sensor pod thingy.
