Bear with me, this isn't your standard Jetbike spam list.
My local scene has a tournament in a couple of months. I'm looking at taking something fluffy and fun, i'm not overly concerned about power. That said, I wanted to post my proposed list, so anyone could point out any flaws or areas in which I am lacking. I recently painted up some reavers that I ally into my Eldar, and the fun i've had using them had me interested in adding some more jetbikes.
Eldar Combined Arms
Farseer w/ Jetbike, Spear
Autarch w/ Jetbike, Shard of Anaris, Fusion Gun, Banshee Mask
8 Skyrunners w/ 6 Scatter Lasers, Warlock w/ Spear
6 Skyrunners w/ 3 Scatter Lasers
6 Skyrunners w/ 3 Scatter Lasers
6 Shining Spears w/ Exarch, Star Lance
Dark Eldar Allied Detachment
Archon w/ Venom, two cannons, Blaster, Haywire Grenades
5 Warriors w/ Venom, two cannons
9 Reavers w/ 3 Heat Lance, 3 Cluster Caltrops
Faolchu's Blade Formation (Harlequins)
2 Skyweavers w/ Haywire Cannons, Zephryglaives
2 Skyweavers w/ Haywire Cannons, Zephryglaives
Voidweaver w/ Prismatic Cannon
So there it is, 42 jetbikes of 4 different flavours. Possibly the fastest army around. I've got a good selection of ranged weapons, and some nice combat elements.
The autarch can go with the Spears or the Reavers, preferably the Reavers to deny overwatch. The Farseer looks for Shrouding, and with some good placement he can grant shrouding to 3-4+ units for some solid jink saves. I've got no idea what to do with the Archon, so I figured i'd just tool him up to strip remaining hullpoints off things. I could have given him a shadowfield and have him tank some shooting on turn 1, but I don't like putting him on foot. Doesn't fit the theme i'm looking for.
Any thoughts?
